She made history in 1994, by becoming the first ever woman in the Commonwealth to triple jump over 14m. Since retiring from athletics, she has focussed on being a source of inspiration to others, particularly young people, and works as a Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Motivational Speaker and Mentor.
