The Hufeland Clinic is a family-run house founded by Dr Wolfgang Wöppel and his wife Gabriele in 1985. Dr Wöppel always led this clinic with the idea of ensuring the best possible medical care for everyone.
The management is now in the hands of Gabriele Wöppel and daughter Angelika Wöppel. They have made it their mission to continue running the Hufeland Clinic in the spirit of the founder.
Hufeland Klinik focuses on providing primarily unspecific forms of treatment. This means that a specific symptom of a disease or cancer tumour is not the focal point of their approach. Instead, they focus on reactivating the patient’s self-healing powers, since this can lead to spontaneous remission even in late stage cancer patients.
The Hufeland Klinik focuses on the treatment of patients with malignant diseases of all levels of severity including the treatment of malignant brain tumours and blood diseases (with the exception of acute leukaemia). The clinic provides primarily a biological therapy to enhance the immune system of cancer patients, patients with other chronic diseases and people at a higher risk of contracting cancer who need truly preventative therapy.
