Who’s it for: For those navigating a cancer diagnosis, treatment, experience or moving forwards. Typically those taking an integrative approach i.e. bringing in lifestyle medicine, complementary approaches and other resources to support their cancer journey.
Description: We open with a meditation and connection to the breath, after which the focus tends to be the creation of a safe and gentle space for individual check-ins, current personal state and experience, wins, and challenges (including overwhelm and fear). We focus on mind, body, emotional, mental & spiritual wellbeing and also support enquiry and discussion of helpful resources and may discuss books we have read, evidence-based research, experts, complementary therapies, treatments etc.
