The workshop started with a 30 minute deep breathing and whole body lymphatic flow sequence. Lizzy talked about the benefits of movement for all stages of diagnosis and treatment, practical suggestions on the most helpful types of activity and how to exercise safely and answered questions.

-This was followed by a practical session and explored some basic strength, balance, flexibility and aerobic exercises.
-The workshop ended with a short yoga session with Vicky Fox, who specialises in working with people with cancer.
