Gina Giebner is an advanced specialist gastrointestinal and oncology dietitian with more than 20 years’ experience. She works as a NHS Macmillan Specialist Dietitian at The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre (Glasgow) and is Director of The Rehab Dietitian, providing specialist support to people living with cancer and the digestive and nutritional consequences of treatment.

Gina has particular expertise in pelvic radiation disease, bowel problems following cancer treatment, pancreatic insufficiency, bile acid malabsorption and nutritional rehabilitation. She contributed to the British Society of Gastroenterology’s 2025 practice guidance on managing gastrointestinal symptoms after cancer treatment and is a member of the Pelvic Radiation Disease Association’s Medical Expert Panel.
