Natural health specialist, Nutritionist, Medical Herbalist, Acupuncturist, TCM practitioner, NES health, Hippocrates Health Educator, raw food chef instructor, Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, lecturer, writer, Welsh mountain retreat owner

Nadia has been a full-time multi-disciplined Complementary Medicine health practitioner for over 35 years, following her own diagnosis of cervical cancer.   Although having worked mainly in women’s health and with those affected by breast cancer, she is dedicated to helping make a difference in the lives of anyone wanting healing, optimal health, increased energy, longevity and happiness. She is passionate about supporting and guiding therapeutic plant-based nutritional changes and teaching how to live closer to the laws of nature, believing that nature is our greatest healer and teacher. Nadia loves to teach how to grow and prepare healthy and delicious gourmet raw-food recipes and encourages the importance of nutritionally-vital organic raw vegetables, particularly greens, on a daily basis.  Detoxification and ‘nutrificaton’ each day is the foundation of Nadia’s philosophy.  Nadia has been a lecturer on and off for over 20 years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, previously on the Herbal Medicine pathway and currently on the Natural Chef courses.  She runs a 3 acre retreat centre in a 250 year old stone farmhouse in the mountains of the Brecon Beacons National Park and welcomes visitors and clients to share in the healing beauty, space and peace of living closer to nature away from the noise and stresses of modern living.

“I have been a huge supporter and fan of Yes to Life since its inception nearly 20 years ago because of its huge repository of information from experts, and personalised support in integrative medicine for practitioners and patients alike.   This resource helps to inspire, empower and inform practitioners and patients experiencing cancer to make informed choices in the range of treatments and support available worldwide, along the journey of healing from the diagnosis of cancer”
