Professor Tara Rampal is Consultant anaesthetist at PRUH (Kings College NHS Foundation Trust). She is the Founder of QuestPrehab, a digital health enterprise that offers personalised integrated physical and psychological interventions to people diagnosed with cancer. She trained at the Barts and the London School of Anaesthesia where she was awarded the Excellence Award for Academic Achievement in 2008.

She is passionate about the potential of digital and holistic tools in changing and democratising the cancer care landscape and is a frequent speaker at international events discussing innovation in healthcare related to integrative prehabilitation in cancer and surgical treatment pathways. She is frequently invited to write thought leadership articles related to clinical cancer prehabilitation and is on the editorial board of Cancer Care and Treatment journal.
