Profile:

Annemarie graduated from the University of Southampton in 2003 with a first class hons degree in Physiology with Nutrition. She then went on to complete a Postgrad Diploma in Dietetics at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Since, she has worked various roles within the NHS and now runs her own private practice, Expert Dietitian. She is a consultant dietitian for her local council on a project to improve nutrition and healthy eating for Early Years and Healthy Start Vitamin uptake. Alongside this, she writes articles for the BHF magazine, ‘Health Matters’, and other websites.
