Bridget Hancock is a Nutritional Therapist and Yoga Teacher with a BSc in Pharmacology & Physiology, specialising in Integrative Cancer. She works alongside Oncologists who are the experts, to provide physical and emotional support to patients whether they are undergoing treatment or not. Her aim is to support them through their journey to build nutritional status, detoxify the body of chemicals and reduce side effects of treatments and lower stress levels.

Using modalities such as yoga and meditation from her training in India, Bridget supports her clients to recognise, alleviate and manage stress to restore the mind-body balance.

Bridget has worked alongside the world-renowned doctor Xandria Williams, where she learned about alternative cancer treatments and the positive effects naturopathic medicine has during such treatment. Bridget supports cancer patients implement diet and lifestyle changes to minimise the side effects of chemotherapy and improve overall wellbeing.

Notes:

Initial consultation £175 consists of:

  • Pre consultation food diary and questionnaire.
  • A 1x 90 mins consultation in person or via skype to establish goals/needs.
  • A personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan sent via email and a 15 mins follow up call 5 days later.
  • The 21 day support plan costs £350 and includes all in the initial consultation plus a follow up online or in person 45 mins consultation.
  • She also offers an existing customer 20 min chat at £35.
  • Free 15 minute consultation.
