Camphill Wellbeing Trust is a Scottish charity supporting patients through an integrated approach to health, education and social care. Their AnthroHealth approach uses individualised therapeutic programmes to address illness, build resilience and maintain wellbeing.
Dr Stefan Geider leads the integrated work of the medical practice and the charity Camphill Medical Practice NHS Aberdeen.
The multi-disciplinary AnthroHealth team work with patients to create individualised therapeutic programmes using:
AnthroMedicines based on natural substances, external applications including localised massage, compresses, therapeutic baths and inhalations, and a range of other therapies such as eurythmy, rhythmical massage, therapeutic speech, counselling and play therapy, as well as lifestyle advice for nutrition, exercise and stress management.
The clinic can accommodate a small number of patients staying overnight.
