Cancer Support Centre Sutton Coldfield (The)
Profile:
The Cancer Support Centre, Sutton Coldfield work alongside the local health services, hospices and other cancer charities so that people affected by cancer and their carers, who live in Birmingham and the West Midlands, will have access to Support, Information and Complementary Therapies at every stage of their cancer journey.
Notes:
For people affected by cancer they offer an initial assessment (registration fee of £10) followed by a programme of ten treatments, all of which are free of charge. For cancer carers they offer the same assessment (and registration fee) with three free treatments. Further treatments are available in both cases but a donation is requested for each treatment. They assess each person's individual situation and decide together on a programme that would hopefully address their needs.
