1st Session: Confidential consultation (about 20 mins), going through your diagnosis, treatment plan, post cancer history, medical history.
During the Sessions: Up to 60 mins including meditation, breathing exercises, gentle and mindful movement, relaxation.
Yoga postures can be practiced effectively in a bed or in a chair.
Meditation/relaxation can be practised on the floor, in bed, sofa, chair etc.
Sessions can be regular or as needed.
