Profile:

Jackie Hayfield is a fully qualified and CNHC registered yoga therapist. She has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, and practising as a yoga therapist since she qualified in 2016. She has taken additional training in 2020 to become a meditation teacher in the yoga tradition.

As well as offering 1to1 yoga therapy, a holistic therapy that uses and adapts the tools of yoga to enable and empower clients to support themselves; she also provides free online therapeutic yoga classes to those living with and beyond cancer, as well as cancer patient carers through Wigwam.

As a cancer survivor, she has first hand experience in using the tools of yoga as a support through treatment and post treatment recovery. As a yoga therapist, Jackie has training and experience in working with a whole range of conditions, so that a whole person approach can be taken.

Jackie Hayfield is a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and is committed to ongoing continual professional training.

Yoga Therapy appointments can take place in-person or online via zoom, or a combination of both.
