She offers one-to-one consultations that provide a working and detailed plan for improving health and wellbeing, by assessing your individual needs using your health history, symptom profile, current diet and functional tests (optional) to help build personalised plans which aim to resolve potential health and nutrition imbalances, all using a Functional Medicine approach allowing her to see a complete picture of your health history and current situation

Heather Mountney offers virtual consultations or if you are unsure whether you need a full consultation, I am offering an assessment of your current wellbeing and health. The cost of this assessment is just £40, If after the assessment you would like to go ahead with a full consultation, Heather is now offering virtual consultations using any of the platforms you might have access to. Including Skype, Zoom, FaceTime and Microsoft Teams. The total cost for the consultation will be £75.
