The Hospice of St Francis is a charity which helps 2000 local people and their families, in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, to live their precious lives well through improving symptoms, achieving personal goals and helping them to feel safe.
The Hospice can help those managing or recovering from serious illness, by by improving symptoms, working with you to achieve personal goals, helping you to feel safe, getting back to work, enjoying family time to walking the dogs again.
The care provided takes many forms with their professional team as well as the dedicated, trained volunteers for people with a wide range of illnesses including cancer, motor neurone disease, dementia, heart disease, lung disease and neurological illness.
