Nikki Jackson is the Director of a 550hr postgraduate Yoga Therapy Training Course fully accredited by The British Council of Yoga Therapy. She has trained health professionals, including doctors and nurses, as well as yoga teachers to become professional yoga therapists, a two-year course akin to the 1st and 2nd years of a degree course. Self-compassionate based practices are at the core of her teachings as are Nature Connections.

Previously an occupational therapist in NHS (1991- 2014), she has also worked as a yoga therapist both in NHS and privately since 2004. She is a Mindfulness for Health Consultant for stress and chronic pain, having trained with Breathworks, an international leading training organisation in Mindfulness for Health.

She has trained in Yoga for Cancer with Victoria Fox and has worked extensively with many clients diagnosed with cancer to help manage symptoms of pain, stress, depression, fatigue, sleep issues, breathing issues, postural misalignment and many more.
