MCH Psychological Services is as an Isle of Man registered charity and was formerly known as The Lisa Lowe Centre and Manx Cancer Help. Minds Matter is a charitable initiative of MCH Psychological Services in Isle of Man.

MCH Psychological Services is an organisational member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Minds Matter adheres strictly to its ethical framework. The organisation follows National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines around supervision for therapists and counsellors.

The clinical team comprises of fully qualified, accredited and experienced clinicians including a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists, Person-Centred Counsellors and therapists.

In 2019, MCH Psychological Services launched Isle Listen, which is an early intervention positive mental health charitable initiative that aims to highlight the importance of mental health and its equal importance to physical health.
