Merlin Neuro Therapy Centre, located in Cornwall, supports adults, young people and children living with long-term neurological conditions and neuro diversities to access specialist therapies, support and information in a safe, supportive environment to help them improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

The centre opened in 2009 as Merlin MS Centre, providing therapeutic services to people living with Multiple Sclerosis. In 2023, the centre was renamed to Merlin Neuro Therapy Centre to better reflect the beneficiaries it now supports.

The centre provides Oxygen Therapy which takes place in one of three pressurised chambers. The therapy works by increasing the concentration levels of the same oxygen we breathe in normally in the air. In High Dosage Oxygen Therapy (HDOT) delivery of between 93-95% pure oxygen is breathing through an in-built oxygen system in the chamber.

In addition, the centre also provides O2-Only Therapy for those who cannot access the chamber (ear problems, claustrophobia etc).
