Lorraine has a MSc in Nutrition and Chronic Disease in which she gained a Distinction. She is a qualified university lecturer and has taught many nutritional and health related degree programmes at the University of West London and University of Greenwich. Lorraine has co-authored 3 books, Biochemical Imbalances in Disease, The Functional Nutrition Cookbook, and Eat To Get Younger. In 2013, Lorraine received highly commended in the CAM awards for outstanding contribution to the CAM community. Lorraine uses a ‘Functional Medicine’ approach to helping clients, which focuses on identifying problems with underlying body systems that may be contributing to signs and symptoms of ill-health and disease.
