Ori Rehab
Profile:

Ori Rehab is a digital rehabilitation app supporting people before, during, and after treatment with personalised exercise, education and expert guidance.

Ori Rehab has been created by Kelly Dodds who believes that everyone affected by cancer should have access to safe, supportive movement and rehabilitation wherever they are. Kelly has many years of experience in cancer rehabilitation with clinical expertise, and she is the Founder and Clinical Lead.

The app is available free via the Android and iOS app stores. Once you download the app, there are a series of questions about your cancer/recovery stage, wellbeing, goals and circumstances. Using your answers, the app personalises rehabilitation support and provides movement/exercise and wellbeing sessions appropriate to where you are in your cancer journey.

It also provides education and guidance alongside exercise, addressing things such as fatigue, rebuilding strength, stamina, maintaining activity during treatment and recovery. It tracks progress and is intended to help people establish and maintain healthy routines over time.
