Perth Hyperbaric Services Limited, also known as the Perth Oxygen Therapy Centre, is a registered charity based at Perth Airport. This not-for-profit organisation is run entirely by trained volunteers for the intention of enabling people access to oxygen therapy at an affordable cost.

It was set up by Douglas Fulton who suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis. Having benefited from using hyperbaric oxygen, Douglas decided to set up the charity to make this therapy available to others.
