Following a career as a cookery writer and food stylist, Lorna was introduced to complementary medicine and went on to study at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition for 4 years, becoming a fully-qualified Nutritional Therapist and member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutritional Therapy). Lorna is also registered with the CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council) and is a certified Metabolic Balance Consultant (with the Metabolic Balance Programme for weight loss).


The clinic that Lorna is based in has put in new policies in response to Covid-19 that must be adhered to when attending appointments. A full list of the policies can be found at:

Fees: Package: £350. This includes: the initial consultation which lasts 1½ – 2 hours, a comprehensive health and body scan, questionnaire analysis, food diary analysis, goal setting and personalised nutritional and supplement advice. A letter to the GP can be written if needed. Fees include time spent preparing and researching your case before the meeting and a follow-up report after consultation. Also includes 2 emails/telephone calls (of up to 15 minutes) for support until the follow-up meeting. This package also includes 2 follow-up consultations of 1 hour each. Individual follow-up consultations (1 hour) are £85 each.
