Bobby Sira is a Life and Wellness Coach, and the founder of pharmAveda where he integrates his experience in healthcare and the NHS with Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Life Coaching.
Having worked in Pharmacy and the Development of Services for patients both in the NHS and private sectors for over 20 years, the more he treated people with conventional medicine, the more he observed the reliance on drugs and the decline in responsibility for one’s own health.
In 2016 he became a Life & Wellness Consultant and founded pharmAveda where he integrates his extensive experience in healthcare and the NHS with the wholistic medicine knowledge of Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy & Life Coaching. He believes that our bodies and minds were over-saturated by the notion of a ‘pill to fix it’, and has an intuitive insight on how to guide people to re-balance, rethink, and re-evaluate their responsibility to living.
Through his own journey to merge the science of the East and West, he has kept close to the clinical world to ensure that he understood the changing landscape of health. He teaches how Eastern sciences support and uphold the way we treat and manage patients in the West, and the combined effort of both is the powerful key to positive long-term outcomes.
