Eilidh Smith has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, qualifying as a teacher in 2009. She believes yoga can help us to find balance in body, mind and spirit and that everyone should take time for themselves, to focus on gentle movement and breathing to help us unwind and relax.
Eilidh has completed the Yoga for Cancer training and can adapt yoga practices to be in a chair or even in bed; and for those who are low in energy, she uses breathing exercises, visualisation and meditation to help balance body and mind.
