Advanced Clinical Sports Massage is a method of massage therapy that combines and applies a range of techniques  to get people out of pain or reduce it significantly enough to improve quality of life, increase range of motion and improve posture.

Advanced Clinical Myofascial Release is a specific therapeutic technique used to address the muscle and it’s casing which is also known as the fascia. Myofascial Release Therapy focuses on releasing muscular tightness and shortness that contributes to losing flexibility of function following an injury, or pain in any area containing soft tissue.
