Jerome Burne has again teamed up with Patrick Holford to produce some new thinking about diet that aims to combine some of the clearly helpful findings from the world of low GL (Patrick’s territory for many years) with that of ketogenics (a long-term focus of Jerome’s investigations). The result is The Hybrid Diet, a proposal to capitalise on the ‘best of both worlds’ as a route to maintaining long-term health and avoiding chronic disease.
