Achieve Clinics was founded by Brad Heller, PhD and provides cancer patients with a new option to bank their immune cells for future cell therapy.
Before Achieve, Brad Heller was a scientist at a cell therapy company and learned first-hand how incredible these medicines can be, but also how difficult they are to make and for patients to access.
Achieve Clinics’ growing network of oncologists allows them to reach cancer patients very early in their treatment journey, often at diagnosis, and offer them the option to store their immune cells at no cost to the patients.
The cells are collected and stored in a way that is acceptable for use in a trial. This means that the doctors no longer have to watch a patient’s chances to get a cell therapy evaporate as the cancer progresses and standard of care fails them; and cell therapy innovators have new, unprecedented access to patients and their cells to accelerate trial enrolment and boost outcomes.
Currently, Achieve Clinic is planning to launch in Seattle and Houston. This is where cells will be collected and initial cell therapy options will be provided. But Achieve Clinics aspires to be a decentralised clinical site network, operating in many major cities throughout the United States.
