Helen Cooke

Helen worked at Penny Brohn Cancer Care for 16 years alongside pioneering integrative health professionals who were exploring new whole-person ways of looking at health. Whilst there she trained in counselling, massage, reflexology (all to Diploma level) and also completed a Master’s degree in Complementary Health Studies. She then completed her nutrition degree (BSc) in Nutritional Medicine. She works alongside doctors and other integrated health practitioners at Poortland Centre for Integrative Medicine in Bristol, regularly teaching to a wide range of health care professionals. She is also an External Quality Advisor for several nutritional courses for the Crossfields Institute. This role includes assessing the quality and helping the colleges to develop nutritional therapy courses.

There are 3 options for working together to address the individuals’ needs. A brief overview of all options:

3-month Wellbeing Package: This option is 10% cheaper than booking appointments individually. Similar advice and guidance as the first option, however offers a 75 minute appointment (in person or over phone/skype) and two 45 minute follow up appointments.

‘Ask Helen’ 30-minute phone consultation: A single 30-minute phone consultation for nutrition related queries. A copy of general guidelines is given.
