Prof Dr Joachim Drevs
Profile:

Prof Dr Joachim Drevs studied medicine in Göttingen and worked at numerous hospitals in Germany and abroad until 2012. He is co-editor of the newsletter Angiogenesis (Springer Verlag), the journal ISRN Oncology and the World Journal of Hepatology.

He is a member of the German Society for Internal Medicine (DGIM), the German Cancer Society (DKG), the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the Working Group of Internal Oncologists (AIO) and the Expert Council the Patient-Oriented Aftercare Foundation (PONS) and the Committee of the French Ministry of Health AERES.

The Unifontis private clinic was established in Cologne in 2011 as the “Tumour Center UniFontis”, a hematological and oncological day clinic. When Prof Drevs took over his parents’ practice in Sickte, Lower Saxony, in 2012, he moved the facility there. The tranquil place near Braunschweig offers convalescents a quiet, natural environment.

The Unifontis team provides integrative oncology by combining conventional medicine, naturopathy and psychotherapy to deal with cancer and tumour diseases.
