Sarah Eglin
Profile:

Sarah Eglin (DipCNM, mBANT, BEng, ACA) is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and founder of Healthy, Happy & Strong Ltd. Sarah’s decision to train as a nutritional therapist followed on from her breast cancer diagnosis and her subsequent journey back to health.

Sarah offers a 90-Day Programme: Nutritional Support – Cancer which is a holistic approach where you are listened to, your individual situation carefully considered, and recommendations are whole-body focused. Over the 90 days, you will be introduced to simple actions at a speed that you are comfortable with, that will help transform your body into one in which cancer cannot thrive.

The programme covers the following areas, nutrition, sleep, exercise, emotional health, stress, herbs and supplements and mindset. It consists of three monthly face to face consultations (in-clinic or online) and two 30-minute follow-up phone calls to help keep you motivated and answer any queries that you may have. The personalised nutrition protocol will include a recommended plan, supplement recommendations tailored to your specific needs and recipe resources. The cost of the programme is £425.
