Alex Manos is an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP), with an MSc in Personalised Nutrition, specialising in SIBO and gut related disorders as well as mould illness and mycotoxins.

His interests further extend into physical therapy, movement, resiliency, life coaching, nutritional therapy, and biohacking.
