Purple House Cancer Support
Profile:

Purple House Cancer Support is a registered charity and Ireland’s first community-based Cancer Support Centre, founded in 1990. The centre provides all services for free and supports families affected by cancer nationwide in Ireland.

Support programmes are available for adults, teenagers and children.

Covid and its aftermath has shown new ways for providing cancer support services online and via video calls. A virtual centre called “Purple House @ Home” was created during this time. The centre decided to continue this service and make their services available nationwide remotely from the comfort of your own home, hospital or care setting.
