RRC care – Clinical Pilates has been created by Scarlett Roberts who is an ex ballet dancer, and a current Pilates teacher with 15 years experience working in a clinical setting. Cancer became a frequent co-pathology to be taken into consideration when working with her existing clients with other MSK / degenerative conditions.
Scarlett creates a compassionate environment and her workouts are dynamic with a healthy side dose of humour.
Scarlett works with people on a 1:1 basis either as a home visit if in the London area, or remotely via video call.
