Appetite; what to eat when you can only eat a little

Lack of appetite can be tremendously concerning, particularly for friends and family. When you can only eat a little bit each day, how do you make sure that what you eat is as nourishing as possible? In this talk, I will explain the make up of a nutrient dense calorific small meal, to help get those nutrients in without overburdening the stomach.
