The incredible potential of psychedelics such as psilocybin to help those with cancer to meet the massive mental, emotional and spiritual challenges of a cancer diagnosis is now widely appreciated, but accessibility is limited, both by out of date legal restraints and by a lack of expertise and facilities to deliver this type of care.

Anne Hamilton has set out to remedy this situation. She is currently opening her first specialised cancer retreat in Oregon, with plans for other US states as the law allows, and she also has her sights on Europe. Her vision is to make the therapy that provided her with so much help at her time of greatest need readily available to as many others who find themselves in the same situation as she can.
