ABOUT 

What will I gain?

  • Learn to use your diaphragm for optimal mental, physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Get to know your breathing pattern and learn what it means in terms of how you live your life, how you relate to others and to yourself.
  • Learn various breathing practices to help you to deal with various psychological and physical challenges.
  • Integrate breathing practice into daily life to strengthen your resilience.
  • Regulate your nervous system to move from fight/flight/freeze to calmness and peace.
  • Release unprocessed emotions which are stored in the body’s cellular memory to integrate, so that you become less reactive and more responsive.
  • Gradually within the safety of your body’s tolerance of some sensations, you may become more connected to your body and to your emotions- gently moving from dissociation to connection with yourself and others.

It is important to be aware that we don’t need to strive to gain all of the above. From my own experience of breathing with hundreds of people, you will definitely breath much better than before and will gain the physical and emotional benefits of breathing better.
