Bracken Trust Cancer Support Centre (The)
Profile:

The Bracken Trust supports those who are coping with cancer, their families and the bereaved. Located in secluded premises on the outskirts of Llandrindod Wells, in Powys, Wales, it covers over a 30-mile radius, offering help by providing information, advice, support, counselling and complementary therapies. The Bracken Trust is about empowering people to live with, through and beyond cancer by bringing together professional help, communities of support and creating an exceptional centre for cancer care.

Notes:

The M technique is different to conventional massage in that the structure and pressure does not change throughout the treatment. The clinic also hosts the Macmillan Living With Cancer programme and The Expert Patient Programme. Education, social days, workshops and Lymphoedema Support Groups are also offered.
