Dr Wafaa Abdel-Hadi, a close colleague of Patricia Daly in recent years, talks about her life and achievements.

A vast number of people were deeply saddened by the loss of one of the leading voices in ketogenics for cancer – notably her close colleague Dr Wafaa Abdel-Hadi. Patricia Daly was a living testimony to the power of ketogenics in cancer care, and her passion for the subject took to her leadership in the field, and to being the guiding inspiration for many, shining a light on the way ahead for them, when there seemed none. Dr Wafaa knew Patricia for more than a decade and more recently worked closely with her to provide integrative support to people with cancer. She shares her memories of a close colleague and dear friend.
