Tarisha Seligman has employed her musical skills to support herself and many others through cancer.

Tarisha Seligman is one of the growing body of people with a cancer diagnosis who has found ways to live a long and fulfilling life, despite a daunting diagnosis. She has learned much along the way about herself and about life, an important discovery being the way that her lifelong love of music – of songwriting and singing in particular – could be an important element of her healing. This discovery was to give new purpose and direction to her natural talent for music, in helping others with cancer to engage in music-making as a means of self-discovery, and in creating a community of support.
