EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME

Empowerment with knowledge from a trusted source is essential to someone diagnosed with cancer.

Our educational programme aims to help people with cancer, their supporters and families through the maze of questions and information, so that they can choose what is right for them.

Each year we deliver a wide variety of events people can attend,  a mix of conferences, seminars, evening talks and workshops at locations across the UK.

Education – The Focus

  • Diagnosis – understanding and distinguishing the spectrum of options available and how to build your support team 
  • Living Well with Cancer – the importance of nutrition, exercise, work-life balance, body, mind and spirit  
  • Cancer – its nature, the science and causes, what’s the latest evidence for integrative medicine and treatment options from around the world. 

 

Additional Support

  • Additional support can be found from our book ‘The Cancer Revolution’ a guide to help people understand how to safely integrate complementary and conventional treatment.
  • Robin Daly has a weekly radio show – The Yes to Life Show –  on UK Health Radio which aims to confront the questions that need to be asked about cancer. He talks to a fascinating mix of scientists, oncologists, practitioners and extraordinary survivors who have exceeded all expectations by thinking outside of ‘the box’.
