GENTLE YOGA & RELAXATION CLASSES WITH JACKIE HAYFIELD

Wednesdays 9.30 – 10.30 am.

Jackie is a yoga therapist who teaches in a way that is both very relaxing and nourishing. The intention of the sessions is to provide a supportive environment for you to explore a variety of yoga practices. Classes include gentle yoga movement and postures, breathing practices, and a guided relaxation, and may also include other traditional yoga practices depending on the needs of the group. Everyone is welcome, as practices can be done standing, seated or lying on the floor.

Yoga can help to ease tension in the mind as well as the body, which supports an improved flow of ‘prana’ or ‘subtle energy’ around the body. This can help us to feel calmer and more balanced physically and emotionally, so gives us a greater sense of well-being.
