The film showing of a Qi Gong Practice has been specifically created for Wigwam and people living with cancer by Lee Holden. Clare McLusky will briefly introduce Qi Gong talking from her own experience of discovering Lee Holden’s teachings during the first lock down last March. She felt so much benefit from practicing with Lee that she decided to approach him to create this class.
There will be a Q&A session at the end where Clare will answer any questions she can from her experience. From 1998 to 2002 Clare learnt Qi Gong and Tai Chi, with Master Ji Gu in Paris. She is currently on Lee’s teacher training programme and has been teaching mindfulness for nearly 10 years.
Clare said: “I absolutely love this practice. It is not too long, and it is practiced sitting on a chair. Lee gives a clear explanation, and it is wonderfully focused on healing; on bringing the body into balance and letting go of old energy and feelings so that new energy flows in.”
