Monday Yoga 9.30-10.30 am
Chrissy has been teaching yoga for many years and is a qualified yoga therapist and Breath-Body-Mind instructor. She volunteers with Macmillan and teaches regular classes both in person and via Zoom.
Yoga relaxes both body and mind to nurture and support the individual.
These classes will be suitable for all and designed to increase a sense of calm and well being using gentle movement, breathing and relaxation. They are suitable for all and can be practiced standing, sitting or lying. All the practices can be adapted to the needs of the participants.
