This mindfulness meditation group will offer you the chance to learn to sit quietly with the thoughts, feelings and sensations that you are experiencing. Rather than pushing anything away, we notice everything that is present, without any judgement, and allow it the freedom to move on.
The outcome is one of feeling less stressed, calmer and more present to the moment that you are in.
Practices will include body scanning, guided meditation and visualisations. There will also be the opportunity for listening and for sharing experiences if you wish to do so.
Claire always includes an element of mindfulness within her yoga practice, and has been teaching breath and meditation as a standalone practice regularly, as well as being intertwined with every yin yoga class that she leads.
Coming together and committing to the practice as a group yields benefits that are often more impactful than practicing alone.
