Weekly Mindfulness Drop in Group
Join us on Tuesdays at 5.00 pm for an hour of Mindfulness with Clare McLusky.

If you are new to Mindfulness or have been meditating for some time, we welcome you with our teaching, guided meditation, reflection and an opportunity to ask questions in a safe space.
