Sheryl started her career in the financial sector, moving to Bupa 26 years ago. She has enjoyed a varied career in customer and operational leadership roles in Insurance, Health Clinics and Care Services. Her current role is in the People Team where she is responsible for delivering support, such as people support services, payroll, pensions & benefits, strategy & transformation, and technology to 27,000 employees across multiple global locations. She is also a board member for Bupa Trustees Limited.
