Stella joined the Helpline as volunteer in January 2024. After a breast cancer diagnosis in 2009 she attended various seminars relating to cancer and chronic illness. During this time she met Robin Daly, Yes to Life’s founder and received support from the charity. She cared for her grandmother who had pancreatic cancer and her mother who had a brain tumour. She has a BSc in Biochemistry and Toxicology and a Masters in Social Work. Since 2015 she has been studying integrative and natural approaches to health with the Klinghardt Institute
