The Block Center is an out-patient treatment clinic specialising in providing cancer care since 1980, led by Keith Block MD and Penny Block PhD. The centre offers conventional therapies with an integrated multi-disciplinary complement of therapies that encompass nutritional, nutrient and botanical supplementation, psychological, physical and bio-behavioral components.

Block Therapy is a wholistic approach to cancer offering integrative cancer care, using a complete detoxification programme with conventional and complementary techniques. Dr Keith Block’s approach uses the least invasive therapies, moving up towards more invasive therapies only as needed. A patient’s programme is tailor-made for them and includes nutrition, body and mind fitness, stress management, supplements, electrotherapy and medical care.

All treatment regimens are underscored by a commitment to treating each patient as a whole individual, rather than treating only the diagnosed disease. Patients are encouraged to be active participants in the planning and implementation of their treatment, and all treatment regimens are individually formulated for the person’s unique physical and emotional situation.
