Profile:

Liz Butler is a Nutritional Therapist from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2000, with a Masters Degree in Nutritional Medicine at Surrey University, and a training in Metabolic Typing and Functional Medicine.

Having worked as a Senior Nutritional Therapist for Penny Brohn Cancer Care for 7 years, as well as advising for and advising other charities including Breast Cancer Haven, The Prostate Cancer Charity and Bowel Cancer UK, Liz has an unique depth of experience with nutrition and cancer. She has lectured on the subject of nutrition and cancer at various colleges and contributed to several scientific papers.

Liz, who now has over 20 years’ experience supporting those with cancer, currently runs Heart Source. Based on her training as a mind-body practitioner and nutritional therapist, she uses a mixture of Energy Psychology (Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Re-imprinting), breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle support to encourage emotional, spiritual and physical healing. Liz has a special interest in the energetic heart (the heart is the most powerful electromagnetic organ in the body) and its role in connecting us to our intuition. During consultations she supports people in using their heart energy to access inner wisdom which, in turn, supports healing.

Notes:

Consultations usually take place online (Skype or Zoom), however face-to-face consultations taking place in Devon can be arranged. Wherever the session takes place, a safe space will be created allowing you to relax and share all that you want to.

Specialisms:

Energy Psychology (Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Re-imprinting), breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle support
