Anna Joseph is a Medical Acupuncturist and Oncology Nurse offering acupuncture to cancer patients to help with side effects of treatment based in Hove, East Sussex.
Anna worked as an Oncology Nurse at the NHS chemotherapy unit, and witnessed the debilitating side effects of treatment. She began working alongside doctors trained in medical acupuncture. This led her to train with the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS), and ultimately and co-found the Community Based Acupuncture Service (CBAS) offering acupuncture to people affected by cancer.
Funded by the Sussex Cancer Fund and delivered in partnership with the Macmillan Horizon Centre, the service runs in Brighton and Eastbourne.
